the location is convenient and near the city's vibrant nightlife. There are various restaurants and cafes nearby to cater for a range of tastes. the room was spacious, quiet and clean. the bathroom was functional with hot water available. the staff were friendly and prompt in addressing issues such as hot water supply with great satisfaction. We were pleased with the inclusive features such as the electric kettle and condiments.
The air conditioning was not adjustable which made the temperature quite high and insufficient cooling was experienced in the room.

Great staff, comfortable room, and convenient location. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous, making our stay more pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the city's nightlife, transportation links and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at New Rainbow Business. The room was spacious and relatively clean, with an electric kettle and condiments for a morning tea or coffee. The location was great, within walking distance to MG Road and Church St. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also good, especially the dosa with an omelette. I had a comfortable and affordable stay at New Rainbow Business and would recommend it to others.
